FUEL STATION HELIOTORR USING SPACE DEBRIS

Coming from DE-ORBITING-and CAPTURE of space debris and defunct or dangerous satellites or from MEGA CONSTELLATION 3% losses-

DENSE PROPULSION ( MGD-MHD)

THE PLASMA TECHNOLOGIES CAN BE APPLIED IN HELIOTORR STATION

HELIOTORR STATION WILL BE LOCATED AROUND THE MOON or Moons and also around the planets of the SOLAR SYSTEM or near the SUN.

HELIOTORR STATION is composed of several plasma machines monitored by AI(ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE and advanced robotics, of different shapes in order to treat natural elements in the Solar system or beyond

Logically the different belts of Asteroids.

HELIOTORR STATION will utilize PERT process ( Plasma for Extraterrestrial Resources and Technologies) 1981-to 2006-2016

PLASMA PROPULSION AND USE OF SPACE DEBRIS AS FUELS( SEEDING OF NATURAL ELEMENTS in PLASMA MACHINES)

We can say that TERMINATORR machine will be assembled in order to generate a shuttle similar as space vessel(with three TERMINATORR machines)

The TERMINATORR Shuttle will be assisted by others companies who can hunt and capture the space debris (the FENCE PROGRAM of LOCKHEED MARTIN will be helpful ) and TERMINATORR will terminate the space debris or defuncts or dangerous satellites.

Note:

The main problem in plasmas creation is to be in good agreement with PLASMA CRITERIUM mainly to follow the LTE ( Local Thermal Equilibrium)

Because par of plasma machines are in NLTE (Non Local Equilibrium) or at PLTE ( Partial Local Equilibrium)

The non agreement of LTE will conduct the plasma to poor efficiency.

The conducting gases in plasma are very well described, the main interest is to accelerate the plasmas with MHD-MGD techniques, in order to get important kinetics when the plasma will be ejected in outer space .

The know-how of DENSE propulsion will allows prominent propulsion .

The HELIOTORR station located in very low gravity space, the natural elements will be easily melted (by the plasmas ) and the transportation of the metallic resources will be done to others planets.
